Two pictures of Tony Little's Jag-powered Appollo II taken at an NDRC meeting which I would guess is Blackbushe judging by the wide open spaces.

The Page brothers' Panic Fiat Topolino-bodied altered which was subsequently totalled in a crash.

After the demise of the Topo, the boys were soon back out with their famous Model T altered, Dave (left) and Clive are seen here packing the chute.
Dave Givens is on the left of the picture below.

This is Rod George and Dave Wilson's Krypton Pro Comp dragster which they called Krypton.  This car was purchased from Peter Crane who drove it in top fuel and ran the first official 5 second run outside of the USA.
Dave Wilson wrote this car off in an accident at York Raceway.

Krypton receives a dose of methanol prior to its next run.  I believe that is Rod George standing behind the car.

Krypton on the strip, probably at Blackbushe.

Krypton burning out, definitely at Long Marston.

The Mr Revell Top Fuel Dragster driven by Dennis Priddle is attracting a fair bit of attention in the pits.

This excellent picture shows Dennis Priddle burning out in Mr Revell at an NDRC meeting at Snetterton.

After Mr Revell, Dennis spent quite a while building and racing funny cars.  His next Top Fuel Dragster was his first rear engined car which he called Mr Six, here are some fore and aft pictures of it in the pits.

A great shot taken by Brian Clark showing Dennis boiling the hides at Blackbushe.

Dennis Priddle in reflective mood in the cockpit of Mr Six before making a run.

Dennis Priddle (left) talking to fellow top fuel dragster pilot Trevor Young.

And this is Trevor Young burning out at Long Marston in his top fuel dragster.

To finish this page off here are some historic pictures of Long Marston under construction as a permanent drag strip by members of the NDRC.
On the dumper is Francis Parker, George Greatholder is in charge of the mixer.  McAlpine's fusiliers if ever I saw any.

This is Dick Talbot doing a spot of excavation.

If you ever wondered how they got those bits of scaffold tube fixed which held up the safety barrier, you know now.
Steve Copeland and Owen Williams are in charge of this bit of kit.

A site to gladden the heart of any drag fan - a brand new drag strip.
