THE RESTORATION OF MR SIX

The team of Priddle, Riswick, Stanford and Gane debuted a brand new Top Fuel Dragster for the 1972 season with a view to running under seven seconds, a feat which had never been done before outside of the USA.
They did not have long to wait because on Sunday the 28th of May Dennis Priddle blasted down the Santa Pod quarter mile and into the history books when he recorded a time of 6.995 seconds and, unsurprisingly, the car was christened 'Mr Six'.
Mr Six is now back in the ownership of Dave Riswick, one of the original team members, and is undergoing restoration to 'cackle' standard.
The vast majority of the parts needed are already available but a few items remain.
If you have any of these items for sale, or know the whereabouts of them, please help the restoration of this famous car by contacting Dave Riswick by clicking here.
